Festival: Canarias Manga Festival (Day 1)

About the event

The largest festival of Japanese pop culture on the Canary Islands is coming to Puerto del Rosario: three days of manga, anime, cosplay, K-pop, video games and Japanese culture around Plaza de la Paz, Plaza Ntra. Sra. del Rosario and the Pabellón Oasis. Among the guests are director Santiago Segura, comedian Florentino Fernández (Flo), YouTuber Mikecrack, the voice actors Claudio Serrano (the Spanish voice of Batman), Laura Pastor and Luis Posada, as well as the influencers Jay Kim and Masterchenf.

The program includes around 80 activities: Artist Alley with local artists, a gaming zone with tournaments and free play, cosplay and K-pop competitions, workshops, signing sessions, karate and kobudo, show cooking and much more – for all ages. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Admission is free. For workshops and the digital festival pass, a free account on the festival website is sufficient. Organized by the Cabildo de Fuerteventura and the Ayuntamiento de Puerto del Rosario.
