About the event
This experimental theatre production connects historical female voices from different eras: poets of the Siglo de Oro, such as Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, and others are placed in dialogue with accounts from women of the Spanish Civil War. The performance fuses classical dramaturgy with performative language, live music, and scenic experimentation to explore the common themes of these women's lives across the centuries.
