Hosting and server logs<\/h2>\n<p>This website is hosted at <strong>ALL-INKL.COM \u2013 New media M\u00fcnnich<\/strong>, Hosted by Ren\u00e9 M\u00fcnnich, Hauptstra\u00dfe 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When accessing any page, the server automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, accessed page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to provide the website securely and stably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The log files are deleted after a short period, unless they are required to investigate a security incident. A contract for order processing is in place with the hosting provider.<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Cookies and storage on your device<\/h2>\n<p>FuerteAgenda is in action <strong>no tracking or advertising cookies<\/strong> and does not use any analytics services.<\/p>\n<p>Some functions store small pieces of information in the local storage of your browser (localStorage). This data remains exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to us:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Favourites:<\/strong> the events you mark with your heart<\/li>\n<li><strong>App note:<\/strong> whether you closed the Save as App prompt and how often you visited the page so that the prompt doesn't appear too often<\/li>\n<li><strong>Map view:<\/strong> short-term arrangements during your visit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Storage is absolutely necessary for the functions you request (\u00a7 25, paragraph 2, TDDDG or Art. 22, paragraph 2, LSSI-CE). You can delete this data at any time through the settings of your browser.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4th map (OpenStreetMap)<\/h2>\n<p>For maps, we use map material from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John\u2019s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). When you view a map, your browser loads the map images directly from the OpenStreetMap servers; in doing so, your IP address is transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an illustrative representation of the event locations). For the United Kingdom, there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Further information: <a href=\"https:\/\/osmfoundation.org\/wiki\/Privacy_Policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data protection policy of the OpenStreetMap Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5th program libraries (cdnjs)<\/h2>\n<p>For the card function, we load the Leaflet program library via the Content Delivery Network cdnjs from Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare during this process. Cloudflare is certified according to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a fast and reliable service). Fonts<\/h2>\n<p>The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server and are loaded from there. When a page is accessed, there is no connection to servers from Google or other providers, so no data is transmitted to third parties.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Contact via email<\/h2>\n<p>If you write to us by email, for example to report a bug, we process your email address and the content of your message to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as your request has been completed and there are no statutory retention obligations.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Form 8: \"Submit your event\"<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can send us events using the \u201eReport an event\u201c form. In doing so, we process the information about the event (title, date, time, location, description, price, link, and an optionally uploaded image) as well as your contact details (name, email address, and optionally phone number, location or organization, and your role). We publish the information about the event after review on FuerteAgenda and translate it automatically. Your contact details will not be published. We only use them for questions about your entry and will send you a confirmation email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing your request).<\/p>\n\n<p>To protect against spam, we store an encrypted value (hash) of your IP address for a maximum of one hour to limit the number of reports. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Information about offers for organizers:<\/strong> If you check the corresponding box, we will occasionally inform you by email about offers for organizers, for example highlighted entries. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We store when you gave your consent. You can revoke info@fuerteagenda.com the consent at any time with a short email.<\/p>\n\n<p>We delete your contact information if it is no longer necessary for inquiries, at the latest three years after your last notification, unless you have consented to information about offers. In that case, we will store it until your revocation.<\/p>\n\n>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Visitor statistics and location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To understand which pages are being used, we use the WordPress plugin <strong>Koko Analytics<\/strong>. It works <strong>without cookies<\/strong> and does not store any IP addresses or other data that could identify you. Only page views are counted; the number of visitors and the referring website (for example, a search engine). All data remains on our own server at ALL-INKL.COM and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an anonymous reach measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, we count ourselves, also without cookies and only as a daily total: the device type (smartphone, tablet, computer), whether the website is accessed as an app, the browser language set, whether the time zone of the device is in the Canary Islands, the referring website, and search terms entered in the event search, selected locations, categories, and time periods. In addition, we count the length of time pages are viewed (dwell time) and how often events are saved, added to the calendar, or links to tickets and routes are opened. Individual visits or persons cannot be identified from this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If our event widget is displayed on another website, we count how many times it was displayed and clicked per website and per day. No personal data is collected in this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the Weather page and when searching for a route, you can use your location via \u00bbMy Location\u00ab or \u00bbNearby\u00ab. Your browser will ask for permission beforehand. The location is only used in your browser to determine the nearest location, and is not transmitted or stored by us. We obtain weather data from AEMET, and tide data from Marea; no data is shared with us.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>10. Links to other websites<\/h2>\n<p>Some events link to websites or social media profiles of the organizers, for example on Instagram. Only when you click on such a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.<\/p>\n\n<h2>11. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
